How to make blonde brownies:

In a large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in brown sugar. Cool 10 minutes, then add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, nuts and chocolate chips until well blended. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 25
