Blender coconut pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• eggs - 4 item
• milk - 2 c
• coconut - 1 c
• melted margarine - 3 Tbsp
• biscuit mix - 1/2 c

How to make blender coconut pie:

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend at low speed for 1 minute. Pour into buttered pie pan. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.
