- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 2 c
- fresh lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- + 2 Tbsp - 1/2 c
- graham cracker pie crusts - 2 item
How to make blender cheesecake:
Pour sour cream, eggs, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla into blender. Blend until smooth. Cut cream cheese into 1-inch cubes. Add to mixture while blender is going. Blend until smooth. Pour into crusts. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or untiRecipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Novelty.
