- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- sour cream
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- Filling:2 eggs
How to make blender cheesecake:
Filling:2 eggs1/2 c. sugar2 tsp. vanilla2 Tbsp. melted butter1 1/2 c. sour cream2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soften and cut into pieces Mix together ingredients for crust until crumbs are moistened. Press into buttered 9-inch pie plate. Bake in 375° oven for 5 to 8 minutes. Cool.In a blender, add sour cream, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Cover and blend 15 seconds on high speed. Gradually add cream cheese and melted butter. Blend until smooth. Pour over cracker crust. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until set in the center. Filling will be soft, but will firm up as it cools. Chill before serving.
