- sugar - 3 c
- fresh blackberries - 4 c
- rice wine vinegar - 3 c
How to make blackberry vinegar:
Crush berries in a large bowl; pour vinegar over top. Stir with a plastic or wooden spoon to combine. Let stand for 24 hours. Strain mixture into a large saucepan; discard seeds. Add sugar; bring to a simmer. Cook 5 minutes. Cool. Pour vinegar into a decorative bottle.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Very low carbs, Marinades and rubs.
