- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- nuts - 1 c
- jam - 1 c
- allspice - 1 tsp
How to make blackberry jam cake:
Combine sugar and oil. Blend 2 minutes with mixer. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Sift dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk. Blend well after each addition. Add vanilla, nuts and jam. Bake in Bundt pan at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low protein.
