  • cream cheese
  • eggs - 5 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • sour cream - 1/2 pt
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped walnuts - 1 c
  • plain flour - 3 c
  • Crisco - 1/2 c
  • black walnut flavoring - 1 tsp
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • walnut flavoring - 1 tsp

How to make black walnut cake:

Icing:4 oz. cream cheese1/2 stick margarine1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. walnut flavoring Use 2 tablespoons flour to coat walnuts. Stir into batter. Mix as you would any other cake. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Ice the cake when it is cool.
