  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • Kahlua - 4 Tbsp
  • pkg
  • water - 3/4 c
  • vegetable oil - 1 c
  • vodka or water - 1/4 c
  • Grease and flour 12 cup fluted tube pan

How to make black russian cake:

Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 12 cup fluted tube pan. In a large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, sugar, oil and eggs. Blend. Add liquid ingredients. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Do not over bake. Cool cake in pan 10 minutes.Glaze:1/2 c. powdered sugar1/3 to 1/2 c. Kahlua Combine glaze ingredients, mixing until smooth. Invert cake onto plate. With fork, poke holes in cake. Spoon glaze over warm cake. Cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar.
