- can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained - 1 1/2
- can black beans, rinsed and drained - 1 oz
- can Shoepeg corn, drained - 1 oz
- mild salsa
- chopped green peppers - 3/4 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- medium salsa - 1 c
- can chopped ripe olives, drained - 1 1/4
- jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped - 1 item
- envelope Italian salad dressing mix - 1 item
- ground cumin - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- tortilla chips - 1 item
How to make black-eyed pea salsa:
