  • cans Trappey peas with jalapenos - 2 item
  • bunch green onions 2/3 green part - 1 item
  • vegetable oil - 1/4 c
  • mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp

How to make black-eyed pea salad:

Boil and heat peas, then drain. Add onions and stir. Add the rest of ingredients and stir. Serve warm or chilled.
