Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- clove garlic - 1/2 item
- dash of hot sauce - 1 item
- dash of black pepper - 1 item
- chopped red onion - 1/2 c
- cans black-eyed peas, drained - 2 oz
How to make black-eyed pea salad:
Combine the first 4 ingredients; toss. Combine the last 6 ingredients. Pour over the first. Refrigerate at least 12 hours, remove garlic.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Salads, Side dish.
