Black-eyed pea dip
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cider vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- green onions, sliced - 1/2 c
- hot sauce - 1/2 tsp
- oil-free Italian dressing - 2 Tbsp
- diced sweet red pepper - 1/2 c
How to make black-eyed pea dip:
Cook peas according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain. Combine peas and remaining ingredients, cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Serve with chips.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Cheese.
