  • cider vinegar - 3 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • green onions, sliced - 1/2 c
  • hot sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • oil-free Italian dressing - 2 Tbsp
  • diced sweet red pepper - 1/2 c

How to make black-eyed pea dip:

Cook peas according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain. Combine peas and remaining ingredients, cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Serve with chips.
