Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 6 oz
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
How to make black bottoms:
Cake:1 1/2 c. flour1 c. sugar1/4 c. cocoa1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. vanilla1 c. water1/3 c. oil1 Tbsp. vinegar Mix up topping and set aside.Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add vanilla, water, oil and vinegar, then beat with mixer. Use small tins and small cupcake liners. Fill liners with cake mix, 3/4 full, then top with topping (about 1 teaspoon topping). Bake in oven at 350° for 20 minutes. Chill.
I double the recipe. Makes a bunch. Can be frozen.
