Ingredients/Components
- softened cream cheese - 8 oz
- egg - 1 item
- sugar - 1/3 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- flour
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
How to make black bottoms:
In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and pinch of salt. Stir in chocolate chips.In a large bowl, mix the sifted flour, 1 cup sugar, cocoa, 1/4 teaspoon salt and baking soda. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; mix well.
Fill each mini tin 1/3 full with chocolate mixture. Top with teaspoon of cream cheese-chocolate chip mixture. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
