  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • flour
  • water - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 1/4 c
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • cooking oil - 1/3 c
  • unbeaten egg - 1 item

How to make black bottom cupcakes:

In large mixing bowl, sift dry ingredients together. Stir in vanilla, vinegar, oil and water. Fill cupcake tins 1/2 full with chocolate batter and top with heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes. Frost with white frosting.
