Black bottom cupcakes
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 6 oz
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- water - 2 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 2/3 c
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
Blend cream cheese, egg, 1/2 cup sugar, salt and chocolate chips in small bowl and set aside. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well; mixture will be soupy. Fill paper lined muffin tins no more than 1/2 full with chocolate mixture. Place 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture in center of chocolate mixture. Sprinkle a little sugar on top of each.
