Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- nuts, finely chopped - 1 item
- Topping:1 egg
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
Topping:1 egg1/2 c. sugar1/2 tsp. salt1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese nuts, finely chopped Sift dry ingredients together; add water, vinegar, oil and vanilla. Make topping; mix cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.Fill paper cups 1/3 full with batter. Top with 1 tablespoon (heaping) topping. Sprinkle finely chopped nuts (mixed with some sugar) on top. Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
