Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- cider vinegar - 1 tsp
- Add oil, vanilla, eggs, water and vinegar; mix
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
Combine flour, sugar, salt, soda and cocoa in bowl. Add oil, vanilla, eggs, water and vinegar; mix.Filling:1 (16 oz.) cream cheese2 eggs1/8 tsp. salt1/2 c. sugar1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips Cream together cream cheese, eggs, sugar and salt; add chocolate chips. Fill cupcake papers 1/3 full of batter. Add 1 generous tablespoon of filling mixture on top. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Note: The cupcake batter will almost completely cover the filling. Do not frost the cupcakes.
