Black bottom cupcakes
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1 c
- egg, unbeaten - 1 item
- sugar - 1/3 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped almonds - 1 item
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
Combine first 5 ingredients and beat well. Sift together and mix next 5 ingredients. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Fill paper lined muffin tins 1/3 full of chocolate batter. Top each one with a heaping teaspoonful of cream cheese mixture.Sprinkle with sugar and chopped almonds. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes (better underdone).
