Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- vegetable oil
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- green onions, sliced - 4 item
- tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
- ground cumin - 1/2 tsp
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- fresh lime juice - 2 Tbsp
- can black beans, rinsed - 1 oz
- fresh chopped cilantro or 3 tsp - 3 Tbsp
How to make black bean salsa:
Combine all ingredients; cover and refrigerate 8 hours. Drain liquids. Serve with tortilla chips. Yields 3 cups.Recipe categories: Sauces, Dips, Salsas.
