- buttermilk - 2/3 c
- Crisco - 3 Tbsp
- White Lily flour - 2 c
How to make biscuits:
Using a pastry cutter (or fork, if you don't have a pastry cutter), cut the Crisco into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs. Blend in enough milk to make a soft dough. Turn out on a lightly floured surface. Knead gently for 30 seconds. Roll out 1/2Recipe categories: Breads, Rolls/biscuits, High calcium.
