Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 4 c
- large eggs - 3 item
- crumbled biscuits - 6 c
How to make biscuit pudding:
In large bowl, beat eggs until creamy. Add milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Beat mixture until sugar is dissolved. Stir in crumbled biscuits until well moistened. Turn mixture into lightly buttered 3-quart baking dish. Bake at 325° for 25 to 35 minutes or until top is brown and mixture is set. Serve with heavy cream, whipped cream or plain.
