Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk
- raisins - 1 c
- stick soft margarine - 1/2 item
- leftover biscuits, crumbled - 4 c
How to make biscuit pudding:
Crumble biscuits in mixing bowl and pour milk over crumbs and let stand 30 minutes. Add softened margarine, sugar and eggs and mix well. Add vanilla and mix. Stir in raisins. Spray a 9 x 12-inch loaf pan with Pam. Pour biscuit mixture in and bake at 400° for approximately 30 minutes until brown.Recipe categories: Vegetarian, Asian, Indian.
