- milk - 1 1
- vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
- to 8 leftover biscuits - 6 item
- cinnamon or nuts optional - 1 item
How to make biscuit pudding:
For best results, use homemade biscuits.Preheat oven to 350°. Crumble biscuits in large bowl. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla, stirring in milk occasionally until mixture is the consistency of cake batter. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes. Pudding should look golden on top and feel spongy to the touch. Serve with your favorite syrup or sauce.
