- water - 1/2 c
- soft butter - 4 Tbsp
- Bisquick - 2 c
How to make biscuit fan tans:
Heat oven to 450°. Stir water into Bisquick to make a soft dough. Gently smooth dough into ball on floured cloth-covered board; knead 5 times. Roll 1/4-inch thick. Spread half soft butter over half the dough; fold over and spread remaining butter over other half of dough. Fold in half; roll 1/2-inch thick. Cut with a floured 2-inch cutter. Place 2 biscuits, cut side up, in each ungreased muffin cup. Bake about 10 minutes. Makes 8 to 9 biscuits.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Rolls/biscuits.
