Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• eggs - 4 item
• flour - 4 c
• vegetable oil - 1 c
• chopped nuts optional - 1 item
• vanilla or anise flavor - 1 tsp

How to make biscotti:

Mix in order written. Dough will be sticky. Make 4 small loaves on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° until loaves are tan. Cut loaves on slant. Put back into oven and bake until golden brown.
