Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 4 c
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- chopped nuts optional - 1 item
- vanilla or anise flavor - 1 tsp
How to make biscotti:
Mix in order written. Dough will be sticky. Make 4 small loaves on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° until loaves are tan. Cut loaves on slant. Put back into oven and bake until golden brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Biscotti.
