Ingredients/Components
- cup lard - 1/5 item
- cup sugar - 3/4 item
- eggs - 2 item
- tsp anise - 1 item
- cup sifted flour may add more if dough is sticky - 4 item
- tsp baking powder - 3 item
- cup wine - 1/2 item
- Vanilla your taste - 1 item
How to make biscochitos:
Cream lard and sugar, add eggs, add sifted flour, baking powder, wine, anise, and vanilla. Flour counter or cutting board before rolling out 1/4 inch thick; cut and dip into sugar blended with cinnamon mixture.
