Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- all-purpose flour
- molasses - 1/2 c
- ground cloves - 1/2 tsp
- ground cinnamon - 3/4 tsp
- ground ginger - 2 tsp
- butter blend - 3/4 c
How to make big soft ginger cookies:
Combine flour, ginger, soda, cinnamon and cloves. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, beat butter on low speed for 30 seconds to soften. Gradually add the sugar. Beat until fluffy.
