Ingredients/Components
- tomato juice or whole tomatoes - 1 qt
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- steak sauce - 2 tsp
- cold water - 1 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
How to make big beef roast:
Stir ingredients together and place over roast that has been placed in a big iron skillet or pan and sprinkled with meat tenderizer. Cover with lid or aluminum foil tightly. Bake in a 350° oven for approximately 3 hours. Potatoes, carrots, whole cloves and celery can be cooked in the same pan with beef.Recipe categories: Meat, Beef, Roast beef.
