Ingredients/Components
- lean hamburger
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 2 Tbsp
- corn meal - 1/4 c
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- dash of garlic powder - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- small can tomato sauce - 1 item
How to make belgian meatballs:
Mix together all ingredients except tomato sauce. Form into about 16 balls and brown in shortening. Add tomato sauce with meatballs and about 1 cup of water. Simmer slowly 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Poultry, Pork.
