Beet jelly
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 c
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- beet juice - 4 c
- Pectin - 1 pkg
How to make beet jelly:
Wash beets; boil to make juice. Mix in Pectin and lemon juice. Bring to a boil. Add sugar; return to boil. Boil hard 4 to 6 minutes; seal in jars.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Vegetables, Jellies.
