  • sugar - 4 c
  • box Sure-Jell - 1 item
  • box raspberry jello - 1 item
  • hot beet juice - 3 c

How to make beet jelly:

Stir together juice, Sure-Jell and jello. Bring to a boiling point and add sugar. Boil good for 1 minute. Pour in jars and seal. (Prick beets with fork to let juice out.)
