Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- catsup
- ground meat - 2 lb
- grated onion - 1 Tbsp
- beer - 1/2 c
- French bread, sliced at an angle - 1 item
How to make beer burgers:
Sauce:1/2 c. catsup1/2 c. beer2 Tbsp. vinegar2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. pepper Combine first four ingredients. Shape into 8 thick patties. Brown. While burgers are cooking, combine sauce ingredients. When patties are brown, cover with sauce and simmer 10 minutes. Serve on slices of French bread.Recipe categories: Meat, Ground beef, Beef.
