Beer bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- butter or margarine - 1 item
- self-rising flour - 3 c
- salt optional - 1/2 tsp
- warm beer any brand - 12 oz
How to make beer bread:
Mix all ingredients, except butter, in a large bowl. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.Remove from oven and brush top with butter. Serve while still warm.
