- medium potatoes, cubed - 4 item
- small cabbage, chopped - 1/2 item
- English peas - 15 oz
- beef soup bones - 2 item
- stew beef, cubed
- hot red pepper optional - 1 item
How to make beef-vegetable soup:
Combine soup bones and water in a large Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add beef cubes, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
