- water - 6 c
- chili powder
- potatoes - 1 item
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- minced garlic - 1/8 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can whole tomatoes - 1 oz
- can mixed vegetables - 1 item
- beef chuck - 2 lb
How to make beef vegetable soup:
Cube beef and place in large saucepan with next 7 ingredients. Cook until beef is well done (about 2 hours). Add potatoes and cook about 1/2 hour longer. Add mixed vegetables 5 to 10 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Weeknight, Soups & stews.
