Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • chili powder - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped onions - 1 item
  • can tomato sauce - 1 item
  • shredded lettuce - 2 c
  • hamburger - 2 lb
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • corn chips - 1 pkg
  • can kidney beans - 1 lb
  • garlic - 1 tsp

How to make beef taco casserole:

Cook meat and spices until done. Add tomato sauce and beans. Simmer for 10 minutes. Cover bottom of casserole dish with corn chips. Add meat mixture. Cover top with cheese and more chips, if desired. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°. When serving, add shredded lettuce and chopped onions, if desired.
