Ingredients/Components

  • water - 1 c
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
  • onion salt - 1/2 tsp
  • liquid smoke - 2 tsp
  • whole mustard seed - 1 tsp
  • lbs ground beef - 2 item

How to make beef summer sausage:

Combine the above ingredients and mix well. Form mixture into a large roll. Wrap in foil. Place in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Poke holes in the foil with a fork along the bottom and place in a baking dish with a little water. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350.
