Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- onion salt - 1/2 tsp
- liquid smoke - 2 tsp
- whole mustard seed - 1 tsp
- lbs ground beef - 2 item
How to make beef summer sausage:
Combine the above ingredients and mix well. Form mixture into a large roll. Wrap in foil. Place in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Poke holes in the foil with a fork along the bottom and place in a baking dish with a little water. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Summer, Seasonal.
