Beef stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- salt
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- minced onion - 1 tsp
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- medium mushrooms
How to make beef stuffed mushrooms:
Wash mushrooms. Drain, remove stems and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients. Shape meat mixture into balls and fill mushrooms. Place on jelly roll pan. Broil 2-inches from heat for about 5 minutes or until meat is brown. Serve warm.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Ground beef.
