  • flour - 1/2 c
  • water - 1 c
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • garlic salt to taste - 1 item
  • Ranch dressing - 1 c
  • round steak or cubed steak - 1 item

How to make beef stroganoff:

Cut steak into strips. Combine flour, garlic salt and pepper. Put flour mixture in Ziploc bag. Shake meat strips in mixture until covered. Brown meat in hot oil. Drain excess oil. Add water and simmer meat for 1 hour. Add Ranch dressing and heat to just boiling. Serve over noodles.
