Beef stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 item
- can beef broth - 1 item
- round steak
- dry noodles - 1 pkg
How to make beef stroganoff:
Cut steak into thin strips. Dust with seasoned flour. Brown meat in butter. Add onion, mushrooms and garlic. Brown lightly. Stir in broth. Cover and cook for 1 hour or until tender. Gradually add sour cream. Boil noodles. Serve beef mixture over noodles. Yield: 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
