Beef stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- round steak - 2 lb
- flour - 1/4 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 6 Tbsp
- salt
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- sliced mushrooms, undrained - 4 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- meat tenderizer - 1 item
How to make beef stroganoff:
Cut steak into bite size cubes. Sprinkle with meat tenderizer. Shake in plastic bag with flour. Brown with onions in butter. Add seasonings and water. Cover and simmer about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add soup and mushrooms, stir in mix. CRecipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
