Beef stew bake
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- tomato juice - 1 c
- horseradish - 1 tsp
- envelope onion soup mix - 1/2 item
- medium potatoes, peeled and quartered - 4 item
- Mazola oil - 2 Tbsp
- beef, cut in cubes
- can mushroom gravy - 1 oz
How to make beef stew bake:
Brown meat in oil. Drain off excess fat. Combine gravy, tomato juice, water, soup mix and horseradish. Stir into meat. Simmer, covered, 5 minutes.Place potatoes in 2-quart casserole. Top with meat mixture. Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours. Stir once or twice.
