Ingredients/Components
- large potatoes - 4 item
- stalk celery - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- green beans - 1/2 3/4
- large carrots - 4 item
- stew meat - 1 pkg
How to make beef stew:
Brown meat over medium heat. Quarter onion slices and add to meat. Lower heat and simmer. Peel potatoes and cut into chunks. Slice carrots. Cut up beans and celery. Add to meat and onion. Will make its own juice. Simmer 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.Excellent for babies. Run through blender on puree. They love it!
