Beef roll-ups
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 6 oz
- prepared horseradish - 3 tsp
- grated onion - 3 Tbsp
- white wine - 2 Tbsp
- dried beef - 1/4 lb
- dash Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
How to make beef roll-ups:
Combine all ingredients except meat. Beat until creamy, adding more wine, if needed. Place small amount of mixture on each slice of meat. Roll up and chill. Cut into 1-inch pieces to serve.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Ground beef, Beef.
