Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 6 oz
  • prepared horseradish - 3 tsp
  • grated onion - 3 Tbsp
  • white wine - 2 Tbsp
  • dried beef - 1/4 lb
  • dash Worcestershire sauce - 1 item

How to make beef roll-ups:

Combine all ingredients except meat. Beat until creamy, adding more wine, if needed. Place small amount of mixture on each slice of meat. Roll up and chill. Cut into 1-inch pieces to serve.
