Beef noodle casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- sour cream - 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 Tbsp
- margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cottage cheese - 1 c
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- chopped green onions and tops - 1/2 c
How to make beef noodle casserole:
Cook noodles as directed on package. Brown ground beef in frypan; drain. Stir in tomato sauce; remove from heat. Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, green onions and green pepper. Spread half of the noodles in ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Cover with the cheese mixture and remaining noodles. Pour melted margarine over the noodles. Cover with meat mixture.
