Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- mustard - 2 Tbsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- rice - 1 item
- tomatoes - 1 item
- peppers - 1 item
- stew meat - 1 item
- whole mushrooms - 1 item
How to make beef kabobs:
Combine in medium bowl the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, soy sauce, salt, garlic powder, pepper, bay leaf and 1 medium chopped onion; add in 1-inch cube beef. Let soak at least 6 hours. Place beef on broiler pan, then add cut-up pepper, mushrooms, onion and tomatoes. Broil until done. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
