Ingredients/Components
- salt
- oil - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 1/3 c
- prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
- coarsely cracked pepper - 1 tsp
- lean beef round or chuck, cut in 1-inch pieces
How to make beef kabobs:
Mix oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic, pepper and salt. Add beef pieces. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Turn meat occasionally. Thread meat onto skewers. Broil until meat is desired doneness. Turn often. Makes 4 to 5 serRecipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
