- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- onion powder - 1/4 tsp
- meat - 1 to
- hickory smoked salt - 1 tsp
How to make beef jerky:
Cut meat into thin strips no longer than 1/8-inch wide. Marinate for 30 minutes. Dry in oven at 150° to 200° for 4 to 7 hours or until dry with oven door slightly ajar. Line oven bottom with tinfoil. This also can be done in a dehydrator until dry.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Beef.
