Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 2 c
- ground beef - 3 lb
- large onions, chopped - 2 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can enchilada sauce - 10 oz
- dozen corn tortillas - 2 item
- can tomatoes and chilies - 10 oz
How to make beef enchiladas:
Brown ground beef; drain. Saute onions and add to ground beef. Mix tomatoes, enchilada sauce, mushroom and chicken soup with ground beef. Cut tortillas into pieces. Layer meat sauce with tortilla pieces as follows: Begin with meat sauce, tortillas, sauce, tortillas, sauce. Top with grated cheese. Place this in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
